There are different module type from CL01 with single object holder up to CL06 with 6 x object holder. Various combination are possible according to your needs.
The CL lines has been developped to offer some very performant decorating module on a linear concept where the customer is free to create his customized printing center.

The Modular Concept
Super fast printing machine for nail polish bottles
Double object holder for small items using thermoplastic ceramic process.
This machine is CNC driven which means able to print any developpable shape item and can be converted in single production when 2 x ceramic or 1 X UV colour are needed.

The frame of both modules have been developped and manufactured by FERMAC. For each process, each expert realized the integration and management of electronics and set up CER module for cosmetic and perfume bottles is the QUADRAX, the most popular CNC hot foil stamping machine for shaped containers.

When printing large bottles, we cannot use anymore the CL02 platform but a more robust and overdimensioned machine to apply the foil on spirit bottles such as Cognac, Tequilla, Vodka, etc.. CER developped a dedicated machine called TRIGLASS. It is combined with the CL line and can produce large and heavy bottles..
